Initial consultation-The initial consultation is free and lasts about 30 minutes. Most individuals have a general knowledge of Medicaid but when it comes to specifics, they are at a loss for what to do. It does not cost you anything but 15 minutes of your time to find out if there are options available to you and your family to preserve and protect your life savings.

If assistance is needed:

Intake and fact finding- The initial intake and fact finding meeting starts with a review of the individual and family long term care situation and outline of the individual and family goals. We will then present an assessment of long term care options for your particular situation. This may or may not include a recommendation for Medicaid application.

Medicaid planning-We will review the Medicaid rules and regulations pertinent to your individual situation and develop a detailed Medicaid spend-down strategy appropriate for your situation.

Additional services-We will provide access to other professionals if needed to complete long term care planning. Sometimes financial planners or long term care insurance is used to achieve desired results.
